My teaching style places an emphasis on learning to respect your body, an invitation to be curious about your internal experience, and encouragement to connect what you learn in the practice to other areas of your life.
All levels welcome. You definitely do not need to be flexible to join in, and no prior yoga knowledge or experience is required. I would recommend reading the about yin yoga page to learn more about my approach to this style before booking your first class.
If you have a yoga mat, bolster, a block or two and a small blanket, these can be helpful but are not essential, as long as you have a comfortable floor space. If you don't have these items, you can use cushions or pillows and thick scarves or towels instead.
I do not play any music during these classes.
